Hot Toddies


  • Honey Nut Toddy

    1 1/2 oz Frangelico Liqueur
    1 tbsp honey
    3 clove sticks
    lemon slice

    Pour Frangelico into a brandy snifter glass. Add honey, lemon peel and cloves, and fill with hot water.



  • Nutty Chocolate

    1 oz. BOLS Creme de Cacao White
    1 oz. Frangelico

    Pour both liqueurs into a coffee mug and top up with hot chocolate. Garnish with whipped cream.



  • Whisky Toddy

    2 oz. Forty Creek Whisky
    1 lemon slice
    1 tsp. of sugar
    1 cinnamon stick

    Put the lemon juice into a mug. Add the whisky, sugar and cinnamon stick. Top with boiling hot water and stir.

Coffee Recipes


  • Toblerone

    1 oz. Hazelnut Liqueur
    1 oz. Coffee Liqueur
    1 oz. Dairy based Liqueur
    1 tbsp. Honey
    1 tbsp. Chocolate Syrup
    Hot Coffee

    In a large coffee mug, add liqueurs, fill with coffee then add honey and chocolate.



  • Mexican Coffee

    2 oz. Coffee Liqueur
    1 cup Hot Coffee
    2 tsp. Whipped Cream
    dash of Cinnamon

    In an Irish coffee mug, combine coffee and liqueur. Stir well. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.



  • Cappuccino Sausalito

    ½ oz. Amaretto
    ½ oz. Coffee Liqueur
    ½ cup Hot Coffee
    ½ cup Hot Chocolate
    Whipped Cream

    Combine in a coffee mug, and top with whipped cream.



  • Cafe Caribbean

    ¾ oz. Amaretto
    ¾ oz Rum
    4 oz. Coffee
    1 tsp. Sugar
    Whipped Cream & marshmallows

    Stir first 4 ingredients in a coffee mug and garnish with whipped cream & marshmallows.



  • Spanish Coffee

    ½ oz. Coffee Liqueur
    ½ oz. Brandy
    Hot Coffee

    Stir together, then top with whipped cream.

Go Nutty


  • Toffee Martini

    1 oz. Hazelnut Liqueur
    3 oz. Vodka
    Dash of Vanilla Extract

    Mix all three ingredients into a shaker cup and shake vigorously. Pour into a chilled martini glass.



  • Kentucky Almond Sour

    1 oz. Bourbon
    1 oz. BOLS Amaretto
    1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
    ½ oz. Rich Sugar Syrup

    Shake all ingredients with ice, and strain over fresh ice in short glass.



  • Amaretto Sour

    2 oz. Disaronno Amaretto
    1 oz. fresh lemon juice
    ½ oz rich sugar syrup

    Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Strain into a chilled glass with ice.



  • Honey Nut Toddy

    1 1/2 oz Frangelico® hazelnut liqueur
    1 tbsp honey
    3 cloves sticks
    lemon peel
    Hot water

    Pour frangelico into a brandy snifter glass. Add honey, lemon peel and cloves, then fill the snifter with hot water.



  • Hawaiian Juice

    1 oz. Trader Vic’s Macadamia Nut Liqueur
    1 oz. amber rum
    3 oz. pineapple juice
    2 oz. orange juice
    dash of simple syrup

    Stir all ingredients over ice.

  • Sweet Heat Spiced Tea

    2 oz. Lamb’s® Black Sheep Spiced Rum
    ½ oz. Peach Schnapps
    1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
    ½ oz. Simple Syrup
    Mug of black tea

    Add first 4 ingredients to your favourite cup of tea.



  • Spice and Smoke

    2 oz. Wiser's® Special Blend
    6 oz. Root Beer
    Dash of Nutmeg
    Dash of Cinnamon
    Tiny dash of Liquid Hickory Smoke

    Stir whisky into root beer and add final three ingredients. Garnish with a cinnamon stick. Note – go very light on the liquid hickory smoke (available in most specialty grocery stores) as it is very strong.



  • Butterscotch Life Saver Shooter

    1 oz. Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
    1 oz. Butter Ripple Schnapps

    Pour both ingredients into a chilled shooter glass and enjoy!



  • Stinger

    2 oz. Tequila
    1 oz. Apple Juice
    Top with Ginger Beer

    Pour all ingredients over ice in tall glass.



  • Gin-ger & Apple

    2 oz. Beefeater® London Dry Gin
    3 oz. Apple Juice
    3 oz. Ginger Ale

    Stir all ingredients together, and garnish with an apple wheel.

Cocktail of the Week - Fat Tuesday Iced Tea

2 oz. vodka
1 oz. lemonade
3 oz. sweetened iced tea
Lemon wedge

Combine all ingredients over ice in a glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge and enjoy!
